Refund policy

We want you to have a smooth experience shopping with us. Here’s our refund and cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement (before dispatch). Partial cancellation is not supported.

  • Refund Process: For prepaid orders cancelled within 1 hour, we will initiate a full refund, typically processed within 2–48 business hours after approval.

  • No Cancellations After Dispatch or Delivery: For hygiene reasons, cancellations or returns cannot be accommodated once the product is dispatched or delivered.

  • Damages or Issues:

    • Report damaged, wrong, or incomplete items within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered.

    • Gift kits and products with allergic reactions are not eligible for return or exchange.
